1. Service Plans and Credit System
Swiss Graph offers public beta access through various service plans at graph.swiss/pricing.
- Automatic monthly renewal unless canceled
- Payments in Swiss Francs (CHF)
- User authorization for recurring charges
- Public Beta features in test mode
- AI prompts deduct credits based on complexity/model type
- Enterprise Platform available with custom pricing and security features
2. Credit Terms
- Subscription credits are non-transferable, non-refundable
- Unused monthly credits expire; no rollover
- Credits cannot be sold, shared, or assigned without written consent
3. Additional Credit Packs
- Purchase anytime, independent of monthly credits
- Purchased credits never expire
- Stored in account until used
- Non-transferable, non-refundable, account-locked
- One-time purchases separate from subscriptions
4. Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Cancel subscriptions anytime via account
- Access remains until period end
- No refunds for unused credits or mid-period cancellations
5. Payment Failures
- Subscription may suspend or downgrade automatically
- Loss of paid features/credits until resolved
- Previously purchased credits remain available
6. Service Modifications
Swiss Graph may:
- Change credit pricing/allocation
- Modify or discontinue features
- Introduce new service plans
7. Misuse & Abuse
Users agree not to:
- Share accounts or credits across entities
- Reverse engineer or overload platform
- Scrape, copy, or mine data
- Share third-party PII without consent
- Use for unlawful purposes or harm
- Use if subject to sanctions (UN, OFAC, BIS, UK, Swiss, US, EU, Japan lists)
Violations result in account termination, credit revocation, and/or legal action.
8. User Obligations
Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations. When using Services, agree to:
- No unauthorized data collection or scraping
- No interference with platform operations
- Respect intellectual property rights
9. Intellectual Property
Content on Swiss Graph is public domain, licensed by data partners, or owned by Nerturbo AG. Users may use data exclusively for personal needs complying with law. Commercial use requires written consent and appropriate license.
10. Liability
Nerturbo AG provides the data "as is" and does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data sourced from public sources, partners, and AI technologies. While accuracy is pursued, data may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. No warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness.
Users acknowledge use is at their own risk.
11. Third Party Services
Reliance on third-party providers (Cloudflare Analytics, Vercel, etc.). Not responsible for their operations or interaction issues.
12. Enterprise Plan
Offerings include higher credit volumes, bulk data access, API integrations, custom solutions/data, Zero Data Retention (ZDR), data encryption, and onboarding support.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Swiss law governs. Disputes: Zug, Switzerland jurisdiction.
14. Amendments
